The staff provided a warm welcome, with a particularly cheerful breakfast crew that set a positive tone for the day. However, the lack of basic amenities like a shower curtain and iron was disappointing. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was poor, making it difficult to stay connected. While the local fish at breakfast was tasty, the overall lack of cleanliness detracted from the experience.

The hotel is ideally located, just 7 minutes from Tijuana International Airport, making it super convenient for our large family and colleagues. The breakfast staff always greeted us warmly, and the rooms were comfortable for our stay. We also enjoyed the Vergel water park nearby.
My wife says that a small mini fridge would be ideal for families.

The room was clean, and the security at the door provided a sense of safety during our stay. Although the bed was comfortable, the walls were thin, which made it challenging to get restful sleep due to noise from adjacent rooms. Overall, the facilities met our business needs fairly well, but improvements could be made.
Thin walls allowed for noise disturbance.
